Our wonderful postdoc Natalie Jones is leaving us — farewell Nat! It has been an absolute pleasure having you in the lab for the last three years. Have fun in SF, the Mayfield/Dwyer lab will miss you! Best of luck on your next adventure!

PhD student Ali Catling ventured out to Tasmania with Margie and Tori as keen assistants, to complete another round of her field work looking into community dynamics of Tasmanian Eucalypts in response to aridity. What a beautiful place to work!

January

A great start to the year with the graduation of three of the Mayfield Lab’s PhD researchers, Dr Maia Raymundo, Dr Malyon Bimler, and Dr Sofia López. Congratulations on this huge achievement all three! Margie was there, in her academic finery too, to celebrate with them.
